Terms of Service

By contacting Neopetist, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following:

1. Customers must be at least 18 years of age at time of payment and may be required to present a valid ID with name and date of birth visible. People under 18 must have parent/guardians contact Neopetist directly for sales.

2. At time of payment, a 75% downpayment is required, with the remaining 25% expected within one week of the product arriving to the customer.

3. Products will not be guaranteed to be free of allergens such as pet dandruff, though all fabric and foam is washed before work is completed.

4. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to the customer. All shipping will be done through ******, and insured ****

5. At this time, all works are non-refundable.

6. At this time, shipping will only happen within North America. This will be subject to change as business confidence changes.

7. Payment is preferred through CashApp, though arrangements can be made if CashApp is not available to the customer.
